“How long will it take for me to gain access to under market value products?”

 

You now get instant access to our great pricing when you create your All Hype account before selecting and purchasing one of our membership options.



“How do I register for www.all-hype.com?”

 

Create an account by clicking the 'person' icon located at the top right corner of our home page. Enter a valid email address and a password then select "Create Account" underneath the "Sign In" button.



“How often can I buy sneakers or streetwear?”

 

You are allowed to purchase 1 item per style as frequently as you would like



“Do you offer refunds?”

We do not offer any refunds on sneakers, clothing, or membership fees unless it is an error on our end. Example: requesting a cancellation of membership and getting billed after the confirmation email. You may also be refunded or request a size swap if the shoe you received is not what you ordered. Refunds will NOT be offered in the cases of: not being able to make a profit on the item when attempting to resell, or if the item does not meet the criteria to sell on selling platforms.



“How do I cancel my membership?”

 

You can cancel your membership at any time by going to your account and clicking “Manage Subscriptions” then selecting "Cancel". Please note, once you cancel you will lose access to all under market pricing provided to members.



“How often do I get billed for the membership?”

 

This depends on which membership option you select and purchase. For our monthly members, you will be billed once a month on the day before your initial registration. For our annual members, you will be billed once a year on the date before your initial registration.



“ How much is shipping?”

Our shipping rate is $15.00 anywhere in the United States. We currently do not ship to any other countries located outside of the United States.
